I have just come back from the cinema and I was watching “Underworld
Awakening” and I did see the trailer and it looked cool but the trailers don't
do this film justice, it's just too good. I am now finding out that this is the
fourth film of the series of underworld film but it is not the last. This was
the first film I saw of the series and I understood what was going on plus they
explain the past at the beginning of the movie so you don’t really need to have
seen the other films.
Pro's - I saw this film in 3D and I think that was scary and
amazing at the same time, a few times in the film the monster felt like it was
coming for me and it scared me so much, it was amazing. There was a lot of
action and cool tricks especially from
She was really good, what made her good was the fact that
became scared of her and it didn't feel or seem fake like “Knight and day”
movie where the opposite side just dropped very easily her fights were
believable and people didn't just die. And the way she won some fights or
battles, it was done very clever and brutal. Very good acting.
I really liked the storyline of the film and how it was
done, very interesting and makes you want to see more. I won't give away the
storyline because I don't want to ruin this for anyone who might end up going
to see this movie.
Another great
positive was the eye candy in the film:
Michael Ealy played a good detective
Theo James plays David one of the good guys.
Cons- One of the negative was that the film was too short, I know I am being selfish but that's about it for the cons.
Would I reccommend it? Yes, it's one of those films that will keep anyone entertained. Go and see it.
I haven't been to the cinema in a while and I saw the trailer of this movie and it looked interesting so me and my friends decided to go and see this movie yesterday.
The film surprisingly had it's funny moments, which had me cracking up and also let's not forget Mr hunk. Colin egglesfield who was the man in the middle of the best friends started to look hot at the middle of the film and you just fall in love with him at the end, lol.
Con's- Yes, one negative I would say would be the best friend...Don't want to spoil it but as you watch the film it becomes sooo obvious that the best friend loves the girl....It's always the same thing the male friend gives advise to the girl chasing some dude, when he secretly loves the girl himself.....so I just thought him being in love with her was pointless really...But that's about it for the negatives.
Would I reccomend it? ---- It depends on the type of films you like, but if you like a bit of romance and comedy then Yes, I reccomend this film.
Do you remember this picture? It was on every blog, magazine and newspapers. When I first saw it I was shocked because he looked so sick and sad. But this was for a movie role. Trailer is seen below:
At the first 30 seconds I am like ok, it's just another sort off average film about an american footballer but I was almost in tears at the end....The trailer is really emotional and I think I might...just might go and see this...It looks like a powerful film that will really show case what people with cancer go through and it will really tug at your emotions.
This was 50 cents statement to why he took on this role and felt the need to go through such a dramatic weight-loss:
---------------------------------------
“It was inspired by the loss of my friend growing up. One of my best friends that lived across the street from me. He actually died of cancer and that’s what inspired me to write the screenplay. There is no way to portray the experience of losing someone that close to you outside of you investing yourself in the project for real. I kind of went through this thing where I was trying to emulate what he looked like to me at that point and that’s what helped me to continue to lose the weight."
